Sneak Peek at Our New Feature

Hi Everyone,

Simon from the product team here.

I’m excited to give you a sneak peek of the feature updates that we’ve been working on for the last few months that are coming to you very soon.

We’ve been diligently working away in the background over the last 6 months to improve the search experience of our platform. Today we’re ready to give you a sneak peek.

The new search bar lets you choose to search between properties and listings from the outset.

The filter experience has changed too, it better groups the filters by type to enable you to quickly jump to the relevant filters.

Key to the new filter experience is a new way to search properties throughout their lifecycle. We call this “Market Status”, and it enables you to search properties based on their current status or status at any point in the past.

With this powerful new way to search this unlocks a simple way to perform searches for properties like:

  • Searching for all properties that were sold in 2020
  • Searching for all for sale  listings aged over 3 months.
  • Searching for withdrawn listings.

We’ve also refreshing the property and listings pages with a new look. Keep your eyes peeled as we’ve got some exciting updates with some exciting ways to view the property history details… here’s a sneak peek.

We’re also introducing the ability to create your own lists!

You can add click the lists icon to add an individual property or listing to a list, or add records in bulk by selecting them and clicking add to list in the menu bar.

We’re really excited about these new features and hope you’ll love them too when they launch in the coming weeks.
