Our data.

National Property Group’s database draws on a range of sources, including Valuer General Sales dating back to 1986, listing details from leading Australian property portals and CRMs, agent listings, various Government providers and a range of other sources.

Our own data is  updated instantly and third party data is updated twice a week.

National Property Group’s data services are designed to support professionals who need insights about property – real estate agents, valuers, developers, brokers – make smarter property decisions, faster. 

Our Aussie-based support team is always on hand to answer any questions you may have, or to guide you through using our platform in tailored, one-to-one online training sessions. If you want to learn on your own, our documentation and training guides are a great way to go from beginner to advanced in no time.

National property Data offers a month-to-month subscription and discounted annual subscription. 

Don’t worry, we’re not going to take your money and run. What you do next is completely up to you! As your free trial nears completion, we’ll reach out by email to remind you that you need to sign up soon to keep using our platform. 

To manage your account, login to the property data dashboard using the ‘sign in’ button at the top right of this screen. To cancel or change your plan quickly, click the cancel subscription button in the footer of any page. 

Our cancellation policies are detailed in our subscription terms. To keep it really easy, if you’re a month-to-month user, you can cancel any time. When you cancel, you’ll see the month out, and then incur no further monthly payments. If you are on a 12 month contract, you will need to give the required notice to end your contract and make ongoing payments in line with the subscription agreement. To cancel please visit

If you’re on a month-to-month contract and you love using our data platform, why not save a bit of money? You can upgrade at any time, to a 12 month contract and reap the rewards of a lower monthly subscription price. 

At National Property Group, we know the property market and industry can be unpredictable, we’ve been working in this space for almost 60 years! We offer you the option to keep it flexible with a month-to-month subscription you can cancel any time, or to plan your budget better, with a 12 month contract. 

Users who sign up for a 12 month contract will enjoy a discount on their monthly subscription fee.
