We are thrilled to announce that our property data platform is now equipped with powerful new features specifically designed to help you win more business. Our Rental CMA, AVM (with Estimated Yield), and Rental Statistics features will provide you with the data you need to make informed decisions, when pitching a client for management and working with investor clients.

Just like our Sales CMA, our new Rental CMA feature allows you to create professional branded rental property market analysis reports with ease – helping you win more business.

With this report builder, you’ll be able to view and adjust both the sales and rental comparables to generate accurate sales and rental price estimations, and see the estimated yield.

Accessing these new features is simple, simply select the “Rental CMA” option from the “CMA” button when viewing a property in the platform.

 

You’ll be presented with a simple interface to quickly generate your custom report. Simply select the relevant comparables for both renal and sales, mark each comparable as better or worse to improve the accuracy of the estimate, and then proceed to step 2.

On step 2 you can turn on or off all sections of the report, enabling you to tailor the final result to your specific needs; be that a one sheet, or a comprehensive report covering comparables, medians, suburb trends, demographics and more, which could be used in advising a client on an investment property.

 

We’re confident that that there’s ways that this will be used that we haven’t even thought of yet.
